Mercedes-Maybach presented the new model for the first time during an event in Dubai on December 12, 2022. The vehicle was revealed following a curated fashion show by local couture designer Atelier Zuhra. In attendance were VIP guests, media and influencers.<br /><br />With a limited edition of 150 units, the special edition reflects the brand's philosophy to occasionally release aspirational collectibles. Since Mercedes said nothing about the car’s engine, we assume it will be powered by the same powertrain as the Maybach S680.<br /><br />The S680 is powered by a twin-turbo, 6.0-liter V-12 engine that delivers a total of 621 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque.<br /><br />All this power is sent to all four wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive system.
